First authorised commemorative Presentation Pack folder is a deluxe compilation of the most popular ‘The Fellowship of the Ring’ 2001 Official philatelic items. Each limited edition Fellowship of the Ring folio includes 18 stamps: First Day Cover with complete gummed stamp set and Dec. 4, 2001 cancellation postmarks, complete self-adhesive Stamps Set with ‘Fellowship of the Ring’ logos, and complete set of six Miniature Sheets. Folio measures 8 1/4 H x 9 1/2 W inches; 21 x 24 cm when closed. Issue date: 4 December 2001. Approximately 10,000 FotR Presentation Packs were issued by NZ Post.

All items are archival-quality mounted and this now out of print folio comes in heavy-duty clear slipcase - all stamps and packaging designed by Sacha Lees at Peter Jackson’s Weta Workshop and officially licensed by New Line Productions. Folio measures 8 1/4 H x 23 5/8 W inches; 21 x 60 cm fully opened. A second ‘The Two Towers’ Presentation Pack was issued in December 2002 and a third ‘The Return of the King’ Presentation Pack was released in November 2003 to commemorate the Middle-earth movie trilogy.
